1. Product Description

Nexus AI provides lifetime access to an artificial intelligence platform that includes:

• Access to multiple AI language models (GPT-5.0, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• AI image generation capabilities using various models
• Neural Core Engine with advanced features and 5 BoT Workers for automated tasks
• Conversation management and export tools
• Multi-language interface support

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of technical compatibility with your devices
• Dissatisfaction with features or performance
• Duplicate purchases
• Unauthorized purchases by third parties using your payment method

Please ensure you fully understand the product features and requirements before completing your purchase.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Nexus AI for your personal or business use. This license includes:

• Personal Use: The license is granted to you as an individual and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold

Note: While we intend to provide lifetime access, we reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice if circumstances beyond our control make it unfeasible to continue operations.

• Update the user interface and functionality
• Change underlying AI models or providers
• Implement usage limits if necessary to maintain service quality
• Update these terms with notice to users

We are committed to improving the platform and adding value, but specific features are not guaranteed indefinitely.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Nexus AI for:

• Illegal activities or purposes prohibited by law
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Generating spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Reselling or redistributing access to the service
• Violating third-party intellectual property rights
• Automated scraping or excessive API calls
• Any use that violates third-party AI provider terms

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if:

• You violate these terms and conditions
• You engage in abusive or excessive usage
• You share your account credentials
• Your actions negatively impact service performance for others
• You attempt to circumvent security measures

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nexus AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Freedom from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

AI Content Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus AI and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content or decisions based on such content
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
• Third-party actions or failures (including AI providers)

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service ($80 USD).

10. Third-Party Services

Nexus AI integrates with third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). By using Nexus AI, you acknowledge that:

• Content may be processed by third-party AI services
• Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply
• We are not responsible for third-party service changes or interruptions
• API costs from providers may affect service availability

11. Privacy & Data

Your use of Nexus AI is subject to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We collect minimal personal information (email, payment details via Stripe)
• Conversation data may be stored to provide the service
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• AI providers may process your prompts according to their policies
• You are responsible for not sharing sensitive personal information in prompts

12. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree that:

• The $80 USD payment is a one-time, non-recurring charge
• You authorize the charge to your payment method
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination
• We are not responsible for payment processing fees or currency conversion charges

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Nexus AI (including design, code, branding, and documentation) remain the exclusive property of Nexus AI. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

User Content: You retain ownership of content you create using Nexus AI, but you grant us the right to process and store it to provide the service.

14. Indemnification
